Kajabi Expert (Affiliate Education & Automation Setup)

About the Role

We’re a U.S.-based lifestyle and home décor brand called Furnitrends, and we’re building a powerful Affiliate Educational Program on Kajabi. We’re looking for a Kajabi Expert from the Philippines who can build, automate, and maintain our affiliate training platform — including course setup, automations, affiliate tracking, and analytics.

If you’re great at Kajabi, email funnels, and system automation — this is a long-term opportunity for you!

Main Responsibilities

Build and customize our Kajabi website, courses, and affiliate portal
Upload and organize affiliate training videos and lessons
Set up automations for affiliate onboarding, links, and reward tracking
Integrate Kajabi with tools like Rewardful, Zapier, Stripe, and ----------
Configure Kajabi email funnels, CRM segmentation, and analytics tracking
Maintain and optimize the platform after launch


Requirements

2+ years Kajabi experience (setup, automation, email funnels, integrations)
Knowledge of affiliate software (Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tapfiliate)
Good design eye (branding, layout, responsive pages)
Experience connecting Kajabi to other tools (Zapier, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well in English



Compensation

???? Project-Based (Initial Build):
USD $1,200 – $1,600 total (estimated 4–6 weeks full build)

???? Potential Long-Term Role (After Launch):
USD $900 – $1,200 per month for ongoing Kajabi, automation, and affiliate management work.



Work Schedule

Flexible hours (Philippine time zone)
Must be available for 2–3 check-ins per week via Zoom or chat

Job Overview

Salary: USD $1,200–$1,600 /project (then $900–$1,200 monthly ongoing)
