Virtual Assistant (Remote) – Marketing for Airbnb Cleaning Company

Position Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
Schedule: Weekdays 2 PM–5 PM CST and Weekends 10 AM–5 PM CST
Compensation: Starting at $3.00–$5.00 USD/hour (based on experience), with bonuses

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and organized Virtual Assistant to join our growing Airbnb cleaning company, CleaningSATX.
You’ll help manage operations, scheduling, and client communication during the hours our other assistant isn’t available. This role is perfect for someone who’s responsible, confident with productivity tools, and excited to grow with a supportive founder.
The future of the company is to implement AI into every aspect of our business. We already are actively using AI in our business and will need an AI enthusiast to implement more AI into departments such as marketing, payroll, and communications. You will help build these systems out with the help of the founder and his network.

Top Responsibilities
-Schedule and assign cleaning jobs in Google Calendar
-Update all scheduled jobs in our CRM
-Manage appointments and send reminders
-Handle customer messages using pre-set templates
-Conduct client follow-ups and maintain clean records
-Drive growth with social media marketing, using AI tools such as ChatGPT, v0, ----------

Hard Skills
-Google Sheets / Excel
-CRM data entry
-Email, texting, and verbal phone communication
-Calendar scheduling
-Canva or document editing
-Experience in Airbnb, property management, or cleaning services (a plus)

I’m Alexavier, founder of CleaningSATX.
I’ve been running a local Airbnb cleaning company for over 3 years and have been an entrepreneur for 6 years. I also invest in multi family real estate here in San Antonio, TX. My focus is building systems that help my team grow while scaling efficiently.
