Sales Account Manager

We are a leading medical and dental aesthetics company based in Romania, is building a remote Sales and Account Management team targeting the UK market. The role involves managing warm leads from WhatsApp and email — clients who are already interested in the company’s services — and guiding them through the consultation process. Candidates must have excellent English skills, a professional and presentable appearance, and be based in Metro Manila (for occasional in-person events).

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand’s aesthetic, and professional image at all times, thus, must be presentable and pleasant (appearance and manner matter).
- The employees represent the aesthetics field, and must embody professionalism and confidence.
- Respond to and manage warm leads arriving via WhatsApp and email; convert them into scheduled consultation calls immediately.
- Meet monthly targets (conversions/appointments) and report performance metrics.
- Use a soft, empathetic, non-aggressive sales approach appropriate for sensitive aesthetic/medical topics.
- Provide end-to-end client handling: initial contact to follow-ups to consultation booking to pre-travel coordination.
- Coordinate with clinics in Romania and internal teams for appointments, medical/regulatory checks, and travel logistics.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with EU regulations (GDPR) when handling client information.
- Attend occasional in-person events in Metro Manila as required.

Must-Have Skiils
- Fluent English — excellent spoken and written communication (UK market focus).
- 1–2 years relevant experience in sales, telesales, account management, or customer service.
- Location: Must be based in Metro Manila and available for occasional physical events.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business + email handling; able to schedule calls rapidly.
- Strong emotional intelligence — ability to handle sensitive conversations gently and respectfully.
- Highly responsible and organized — will own the client journey from first contact to close.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance consistent with an aesthetics brand (client requirement).
- Presentable and confident appearance.
