Migrate Website from Bluehost to Amazon Web Services

I have an existing website on Bluehost that I would like migrated to Amazon Web Services (I have already set up the AWS account and installed Wordpress). My main concern is the functionality of the emails generated from the website. I want all of our email functionality to be tested after the migration to make sure it is all working.
