Salary: $200 base + bonuses for viral clips

???? About Us
I’m a content creator and entrepreneur with over 800,000+ followers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — running one of the largest vending machine education brands in the world.

Your job is to watch my raw videos, find the gold ---------- nts, and label the timestamps so editors can instantly turn them into viral shorts.

???? Responsibilities
Watch long-form videos, podcasts, and livestreams.
Identify funny, emotional, educational, or motivational ---------- nts that could go viral.

Write short descriptions of each ---------- nt and timestamp it (e.g., “4:23–4:58 — Donald explains how he bought 11 vending machines for $12K”).
Deliver at least 10–15 high-quality clip ---------- nts per day.
Work directly in ---------- to drop time-stamped notes (required).
Label each clip by tone or category (e.g., “Motivational,” “Money Tip,” “Funny ---------- nt”).
Track your daily clips in a shared Google Sheet.

???? Requirements
Excellent English comprehension (you’ll be listening to fast-talking U.S. creators).
Experience with content creation, video editing, or social media trends (you must understand what goes viral).
Must be familiar with ---------- — you’ll add time-stamped comments directly inside the videos.
Detail-oriented and consistent with deliverables.
Fast Wi-Fi and reliable communication on Slack.

Base pay: $200
Performance bonuses:
+$25 for every clip that hits 100K+ views
+$50 for every clip that hits 1M+ views
Room to grow into Creative Director or Editor role if you perform well.
