Podcast & Long-Form Video Editor (Educational + Spiritual Content)

We are looking for a reliable and skilled video editor who understands the flow and tone of educational, coaching, and spiritual content. Our work blends spirituality, integrative medicine, esoteric teachings, and life coaching. You will edit podcast-style recordings and long-form teaching videos for online classes and workshops.

This position starts as **per project work**, with the opportunity to move into a **monthly retainer** once we establish a consistent workflow.

**Responsibilities**

* Edit podcast episodes (audio and video) for clarity, flow, and pacing
* Edit long-form class recordings and workshops
* Add intros/outros, transitions, titles, and light music where needed
* Clean audio, remove background noise, and balance levels
* Organize files and deliver final edited versions neatly
* Maintain consistency in sound, tone, and branding
* Communicate clearly and meet deadlines

**Requirements**

* Experience editing podcasts and long-form educational or coaching videos
* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* Skilled in basic audio cleanup using Audition, Audacity, or similar tools
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver on time
* Comfortable editing spiritual, coaching, or consciousness-based content
* Reliable internet and workstation for editing

**Nice to Have**

* Experience editing spiritual or wellness content
* Ability to create short clips or reels from long content
* Knowledge of YouTube formatting and optimization
* Basic motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions)
