E-Commerce, Social and Content Executive

Hours: 37.5 per week
Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm BST (4pm - 12.30am PHT)

At Popcorn Shed, we’re on a mission to make life more delicious, one handful of gourmet popcorn at a time! From our Shedquarters in London, UK, we craft mouth-watering popcorn snacks and gifts sold online and through retail partners across the UK and globally.

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and ambitious E-Commerce, Social & Content Executive to join our growing team and help bring the Popcorn Shed brand to life across our digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our digital storytelling — from keeping our online store looking its best, to creating social content that delights and engages our popcorn-loving community. Reporting to the UK-based marketing team, you’ll undertake day-to-day activity across e-commerce, social, and content.

Your key responsibilities will include:


Email
Marketing
- Overall ownership over the Klaviyo e-mail marketing channel
- Review, optimize and schedule e-mail marketing newsletter campaigns to drive retention and repeat orders.
- Review, optimize and improve Klaviyo flows to drive retention and repeat orders.
- Coordinate the digital marketing calendar with the London marketing team

E-Commerce & Website
- Update and optimise product listings on Shopify, ensuring they shine across campaigns and seasons.
- Write and edit copy for our online listings and partner platforms (TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, NOTHS, Virgin Experience Days, etc.).
- Publish blog and recipe content on the Popcorn Shed website.
- Monitor and track sales performance, updating internal dashboards and forecasts.

Copywriting & PR
- Prepare press releases and liaise with journalists and influencers.
- Maintain our media database and track press samples.
- Proactive PR outreach and respond to media requests.

Social Media & Community
- Manage community engagement across all channels (comments, DMs, customer replies).
- Research, build, and nurture relationships with influencers and creators.
- Coordinate seeding and gifting campaigns, tracking sends and results.
- Identify and share user-generated content, building our community of brand fans.
- Track and report on social performance, engagement, and growth.

Content Creation & Design
- Create on-brand graphics and promotional visuals in Canva.
- Edit and touch up images in Photoshop.
- Help organise photoshoots and source creative props.

Admin & Support
- Maintain online business listings and support marketing logistics such as influencer mailings, events, and photoshoots.

About You

You’re creative, proactive, and love bringing brands to life online. You thrive in a small, fast-paced environment and enjoy getting hands-on with all things digital.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in marketing, content creation or e-commerce.
- Confidence creating and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for food and branding
- Excellent English writing & communication skills
- Excellent, dependable internet connection
