GoHighLevel Automation Specialist – Funnels, Meta Lead Follow-Up, AI Calls, and Campaign Management

We’re looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and highly organized GoHighLevel expert to help us build and manage automated systems that support our sales funnels, affiliate campaigns, and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in making sure every lead is followed up with via AI phone calls, SMS, and email.

We run a wellness and aesthetics-focused brand and are scaling fast. You don’t need to know everything right away—we’ll train you—but you must have real experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and be able to build and troubleshoot automations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage GoHighLevel campaigns, workflows, and automations

Build and optimize funnels for sales, affiliate, and lead capture campaigns

Configure and manage AI phone call automations and text/email sequences

Monitor and troubleshoot lead follow-up processes (Meta/FB/IG leads especially)

Send bulk emails and manage delivery rates

Support reporting & performance tracking inside GHL

Assist with campaign launches and scaling efforts

Tools You’ll Be Using:

GoHighLevel (required)

Meta (FB/IG) Lead Ads (basic understanding needed)

AI tools for automated calls (a little familiar)


Email marketing & SMS platforms (inside GHL & knowing Podium is a bonus)

Google Sheets / Docs

ClickUp for project management

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ve used GoHighLevel for at least 6 months (in a real client/project setting)

You understand how to build funnels, triggers, and follow-up workflows

You’re detail-oriented and don’t let leads fall through the cracks

You’re tech-comfortable and love automating things

You’re proactive, organized, and love improving systems

Work Details:

Full-Time – 40 hours/week

Long-term position with opportunity to grow

Flexible hours, but some overlap with US Central Time preferred

Pay: $600–$800/month based on experience

Paid weekly (first few months), room to grow pay as you prove results
