About Us
We are Payment Studio — a payment-services organisation with a main company and a growing portfolio of sub-brands/ventures. We regularly create new brands and will rely on you to help launch, onboard and promote them. We also engage in trade shows and industry events related to payments and other special projects as needed. You will play a central role in these brand launches and event efforts.

Role Summary
As our Special Project Coordinator, you will:

- Lead the onboarding and launch of new sub-companies/brands: setting up processes, coordinating stakeholders, executing timelines and ensuring a smooth start-up for each new entity.
- Research, organise and coordinate visits to trade shows, conferences and other events relevant to payments / fintech / commerce—handling logistics, scheduling, vendor/vendor-exhibitor relations, and follow-up.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, trackers, tasks, reminders and dependencies across all special projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, partnerships) to ensure all necessary steps are completed for each brand launch and event.
- Proactively identify project risks, issues or delays and escalate / remediate them.
- Handle “other special projects as they come” — since our business moves quickly and new initiatives will arise, you’ll need flexibility, adaptability and ownership.

- Able to work full-time during US CST business hours (9 AM–6 PM CST) Monday–Friday.
- Strong project coordination/management experience, preferably with brand launches, onboarding of companies or event/trade-show coordination.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) — you will be interacting with global stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, follow timelines and deliver on schedule.
- Familiarity with project-tracking tools, spreadsheets, task trackers, status reports. Experience with ---------- -tracking tools is a plus.
- Must be able to use Hubstaff for ---------- tracking.
- Comfortable working remotely and self-driving your work, with clear communication of status and blockers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready for the fast-paced nature of launching new brands and supporting event logistics.
