JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an Australian-based travel agency that specialises in cruises packages. We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and highly organised Appointment Setter / Sales Representative to join our remote team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new client enquiries responding quickly, qualifying interest, and booking calls for our senior travel advisers. Over time, you may also assist with closing smaller sales and following up on warm leads.

This is a long-term, part-time role (around 20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our business expands.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to new leads via email, Facebook Messenger, and web enquiries
• Qualify prospects using our checklist (travel dates, destinations, budget, cruise type, etc.)
• Book qualified appointments into the adviser’s calendar
• Follow up with warm leads who haven’t yet booked
• Keep accurate client notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Support advisers with quote preparation and sales admin as needed
• Provide a short daily summary of activity and results

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English (neutral accent)
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
• Comfortable speaking with potential clients and guiding conversations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales (required)
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (preferred)
• Interest in travel or hospitality is a plus

Work Schedule
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Must be available to overlap with Australian business hours (Sydney time) for at least 4 hours per day

Compensation
• Monthly retainer plus performance bonuses
• Bonuses awarded for each qualified meeting booked and each confirmed booking
