As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our technical back-
office operations.
You will ensure that our product data (content, images, listings) on
Amazon is always correct, up-to-date, and fully functional. Your daily communication
will be with the Head of the Amazon Department to ensure the operational performance
and scaling of our True Nature brand.

*Your Main Responsibilities:*
You are responsible for the smooth data and content management of our products on
Amazon DE (and future EU markets). Your core tasks are purely operational and focus on
the integrity and efficiency of the platform:
• Amazon Seller Central Management: Proactive management and maintenance
of the Seller Central account.
• Flat File Operations: Expert use of Flat File uploads for bulk data operations (title
changes, parent/child variant creation, product data updates, etc.).
• Content Implementation: Uploading and ensuring quality control of
A+/EBC/Storefront content to maximize brand presence.
• Expert Case Management: Independently opening, tracking, and successfully
resolving logistical, technical, and administrative issues (cases) within Seller
Central Support.
• Product Reinstatement: Active management and execution of all necessary
steps for the quick reinstatement of suppressed or restricted product listings.
What You Bring:

*To be successful as our Amazon Marketplace Manager, you should possess the following
qualifications and attributes:*
• Experience Level: Mid-Level – Senior-Level
• Technical Experience: At least 3–4 years of relevant experience as an Amazon
Account Manager with a strong Backoffice focus.
• FBA/E-Commerce Understanding: Deep understanding of the Amazon FBA
business model and its core KPIs (CVR, Taffic, Sales, etc.) for optimization
control.
• Flat File Expertise: Experience in updating product data using bulk files (title
changes, creating product variants, data updates, etc.) is mandatory.
• Problem Solving: Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues via
Amazon Seller Support.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Strong Plus: Proven experience in selling dietary supplements in the EU is a
significant advantage.
• Language Skills: The optimal requirement is German language skills (min. B2
level). Alternatively, fluent English (min. C1 level) for communication with
Amazon as well as with our True Nature team.
• Work Approach: An analytical, process-oriented, and very detail-oriented
approach; you don't give up until a case is successfully closed or a product is
fully reinstated.
• Tech Affinity: Experience with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Data Dive) and
project management software (Asana) is advantageous.
