Graphic Designer/Photo Editor

Hours: Part-time, 10-15 hours/week

Oya is a wellness-driven performance apparel brand designed to support skin and genital health through innovation and style. We’re redefining what it means to create functional, non-toxic apparel that empowers everyday heroes — from military professionals to fitness enthusiasts.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer / Photo Editor who’s detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about bringing our visual storytelling to life. This person will be responsible for editing and designing digital assets across our website, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO, content team, and social media managers to maintain Oya’s visual consistency and deliver clean, elevated imagery that reflects our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit website hero images (desktop and mobile versions) to align with brand visuals and campaign themes.
Edit and optimize website product images for clarity, color balance, and consistency.
Design social media reel covers, carousels, and blog post covers that align with our brand aesthetic.
Create or update packaging designs and other branded materials as needed.
Upload and update edited images directly to Shopify.
Follow and execute projects according to the Oya design calendar.
Communicate proactively with the team to clarify creative direction and deadlines.
Share finalized assets with our social media team for posting.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (preferred but not required).
Strong eye for clean, cohesive design and composition.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Experience editing product and lifestyle photography.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Bonus: Experience with Shopify and/or feminine or performance apparel brands.
