We are seeking a motivated, committed, experienced, and results-driven Junior / Assistant Bookkeeper with experience in Xero to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping processes for 3 different accounts.

Responsibilities:

-Process invoices, payments, and expenses in Xero.
-Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
-Assist in preparing financial reports.
-Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
-Support the senior bookkeeper with financial tasks.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
-Other Bookkeeping task.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in online bookkeeping or accounting.
-Experience in Xero accounting software.
-Preferably knowledgeable in UK VAT, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Handle administrative tasks.

Must have:

- Resume or Portfolio, including at least one professional reference from a previous bookkeeping company you have worked with. (This reference will be contacted during the final interview stage.)
- Laptop/PC with Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM
- At least 100mbps internet speed
