Overview:
We’re a flooring company looking for an experienced digital marketing and web development expert to build a high-performing website with optimized landing pages that generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, Google Ads, and conversion-focused design — ideally with prior experience working with construction, remodeling, or home improvement businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Website Development:
• Design and build a modern, responsive flooring company website (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS).
• Create multiple landing pages optimized for different flooring services and local areas.
• Ensure fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and professional design standards.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
• Develop contact forms, quote request forms, and call-to-action sections that drive customer inquiries.
• Set up lead tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance.
• Implement tools like Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Meta Pixel (if applicable).
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
• Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Optimize meta tags, page titles, and service descriptions.
• Build out location-based pages to improve local search visibility (Google Maps & Local SEO).
• Google Ads Management:
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting flooring-related keywords and service areas.
• Optimize ad performance, reduce cost per lead, and increase ROI.
• Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Ongoing Maintenance & Reporting:
• Maintain website content and update promotions or service offerings as needed.
• Provide regular analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience building lead generation websites (portfolio required).
• Strong background in SEO and Google Ads (certifications a plus).
• Experience working with flooring, construction, remodeling, or home service industries preferred.
• Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
