JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established U.S. education company that provides world-language programs to Catholic and public schools nationwide. We’re growing fast and need a detail-oriented CRM & Sales-Operations Specialist who can take ownership of our new Pipedrive system and keep the entire sales process organized, visible, and productive every day.

Your Main Responsibilities

Build and clean our Pipedrive CRM (import dioceses, districts, schools, and partner data).

Connect and maintain automations between Pipedrive ? ActiveCampaign and ---------- .

Create daily/weekly dashboards and reports for leadership.

Assign and monitor sales tasks and activities for our team.

Keep data accurate and up to date at all times.

Train new tea ---------- mbers to use the CRM correctly.

Suggest and implement process improvements that lead to more sales.

Requirements

Proven experience setting up and managing Pipedrive CRM (please show examples).

Working knowledge of ActiveCampaign automations and/or ---------- .

Strong English communication skills—written and spoken.

Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.

Comfortable working U.S. business hours for check-ins.

Highly organized, honest, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Long-term mindset—wanting to grow with the company.

Nice to Have

Background in sales operations or RevOps.

Experience training sales teams or creating SOPs.

Familiarity with Zapier / Make integrations.

Compensation & Hours

Full-time or part-time (10-30 hrs/week).

Competitive pay based on experience.
