We’re hiring someone who knows how to run detailed CMAs and pinpoint true after-repair value (ARV)

You will get a subject property and analyze what it can be resold for once the property have been renovated. Based on Comparable properties that closed in the area. Tools ( MLS's will be provided) you will need to run a property by the type of home ( ranch, cape cod, colonial) age of the home and sq ft.
