FormWise + GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist

???? About the Role
We’re looking for a FormWise + GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to help us build, optimize, and maintain our backend automation systems. You’ll be the tech brain behind our digital operations — integrating forms, workflows, and automations that streamline client onboarding, lead management, and internal processes. If you live for clean automations, airtight logic, and “it-just-works” systems, this role’s for you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage FormWise forms, logic flows, and integrations.
Set up, connect, and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns.
Design seamless connections between FormWise, GHL, CRMs, and other marketing tools.
Create SOPs and documentation for each automation so the team can scale easily.
Collaborate with our marketing and ops teams to translate business goals into automation logic.
Troubleshoot, QA, and improve existing workflows to boost efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

? You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
Proven experience in FormWise (advanced logic, conditional flows, integrations).
Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) — automations, campaigns, triggers, and CRM setup.
A strong understanding of automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar.
Tech-savvy mindset with problem-solving superpowers.
Great communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote team.
Attention to detail (because automation errors are expensive ????).

Familiarity with marketing automation and client acquisition funnels.
Basic understanding of CRM data management and API integrations.
Experience working with US-based teams or real estate / marketing operations.
