I'm an instagram fitness content creator and online coach looking for a highly organized VA who loves systems, numbers, and generating visuals / reports.
About the Role:
As our Operations Manager, you’ll bring structure to the chaos. You’ll be the person who builds the systems, tracks the numbers, and gives us the dashboards we need to grow. Your work will allow the CEO to focus on clients, content, and scaling while you own the backend.
You’ll help me track KPIs, build weekly/monthly reports, and organize backend systems so I can focus on growth, clients, and content. This role is perfect for someone who loves taking initiative and can help me build systems, spreadsheets, and reports from scratch — not just follow them. Responsibilities:
- Build and manage tracking systems (KPI dashboards, lead trackers, client databases, etc.)
- Lead the setup and optimization of weekly/monthly reporting flows
- Define and document SOPs across operations and client success
- Take ownership of backend organization and proactively improve systems
- Support scheduling,

Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of VA or Operations experience
- Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, organization, automation)
- Fluent English (written + verbal)
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Bonus: experience working with coaches or creators
Workload & Pay:
- 15–25 hours/week (flexible) --> build to long-term full time role if you're a fit
- $400–$800/month depending on experience
- Performance bonuses available
