As a Mentor / Coach, you will work directly with students and alumni to prepare them for the job search, build their confidence, and equip them with the tools to land their dream opportunity quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate mock technical interviews, giving structured feedback to build confidence and skills.
- Perform code reviews, guiding students on best practices for clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Lead workshops and group sessions on key technical topics such as Pairboarding and the Blind 75 coding challenges.
- Track student progress, engagement, and outcomes, ensuring timely support and celebrating wins.

What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring within a programming or technical field.
- Strong programming background — hands-on coding experience is required.
- Familiarity with and technical interview prep
- Excellent communication and motivational skills with the ability to connect authentically with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple students’ progress at once.
