Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a Real Estate Lead Generation VA to help us find residential homes in North Miami, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale that need exterior cleaning. You will collect data from Zillow, Realtor.com, and similar sites, analyze photos to see what cleaning services are needed, and record everything in a professional Google Sheet with estimated service pricing.

You will be working directly with the company owner and submitting daily reports.

Main Tasks

Search Zillow.com, Realtor.com, and similar sites for residential homes priced $200,000–$900,000 and listed within the last 60 days.

Focus on homes with visible exterior issues: dirty walls, driveways, roofs, mildew, or discoloration.

Verify the exterior using Google Street View when possible.

Collect and record the following in Google Sheets:

Homeowner or agent name and contact info

Property address and listing link

Square footage and estimated lot size

Notes on what exterior work is needed

Photos or screenshots of the home

Estimated service price (see guide below)

Prioritize average homes first, then find high-value listings once the main list is built.

Update the shared Google Doc daily with your progress.
