Maison Flame is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help us improve our online store and enhance our customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Uploading and managing new products on our Shopify store
Providing customer service support — answering calls, replying to
Offering creative suggestions to improve website design, navigation, and overall customer experience
Managing and setting up
Assisting with SEO optimization to help increase online visibility
Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify and e-commerce product management
Knowledge of Klaviyo and
Excellent written and spoken English (fluency required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A good eye for design and user experience
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Nice to Have:
Experience with customer service tools or CRM systems
Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy
