GHL Specialist

Key Responsibilities

* CRM Implementation: Lead the setup of our new GoHighLevel platform, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption during the transition.
* GHL Architecture: Design and build our new GHL environment from scratch, including all funnels, pipelines, calendars, forms, custom dashboards and landing pages for marketing purpose.
* Advanced Automation: Develop, test, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n and Make to streamline our marketing and client operational processes.
* API Integration: Connect GHL to our other critical systems (e.g., Google Workspace, client management software, finance tools, WhatsApp, Marketing tools, etc.) using APIs (REST, JSON, OAuth2).
* Workflow Optimization: Proactively analyze and re-engineer existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the client journey.
* AI Implementation: Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance our automated responses, content creation, and data analysis.
* Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation for all processes and automations and provide support to internal teams.
* Maintenance & Support: Serve as the primary technical owner of our GHL system, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and staying current with all platform updates.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2-3 years of advanced, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, demonstrating deep knowledge of its Workflows, Pipelines, Calendars, agency/sub-account structures, and automation logic.
* Demonstrable proficiency with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make).
* Strong technical skills in API integration (JSON, REST, OAuth2) and experience with other integrations (e.g., WhatsApp API, Google Sheets API, AppSheet, PandaDoc, Stripe, Twilio).
* Full proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Apps Script) and experience integrating it with other platforms.
* Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, Gemini, Notebooklm, GHL's internal AI chatbot/Voice AI) within automation workflows.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and client lifecycle management.
* Experience setting up or managing GHL's White Label mode.
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing GHL funnels and emails.
* Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for clear documentation and team collaboration.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proven ability to manage complex technical projects independently in a remote setting.
* It will be a bonus to have experience in Vapi AI.
