Description:

I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant based in India to manage LinkedIn lead generation, CRM tracking, and light tool setup for a UK legal consultancy working with technology companies.

I need someone already confident with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, Loom, Google Drive, and Calendly. You’ll help set up and maintain a simple, reliable outreach process and show me how it works once it’s running.
Initial scope:
• 10 hours/week for the first month.
• Ongoing work for the right candidate.
• ?450/hour (PHP), (£6 per hour) paid weekly.
Key tasks:
1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find UK technology companies (50–500 staff).
2. Identify decision-makers (CEO, CTO, CFO, or General Counsel).
3. Record each lead in Google Sheets CRM using standard columns (Name | Role | Company | LinkedIn URL | Message Sent | Date | Response | Next Action).
4. Send pre-approved connection and follow-up messages (no improvisation).
5. Help set up and connect Calendly with my Google Calendar for call bookings.
6. Keep everything clearly logged and organised in Google Drive.
You should already know how to:
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters and export data into Sheets.
• Create or maintain a Google Sheet CRM with conditional formatting.
• Set up Calendly meeting links and integrate with Gmail or Google Calendar.
• Share updates clearly via Google Docs and short Loom screen recordings.
Ideal candidate traits:
• Proactive and self-sufficient — able to set things up and explain them.
• Excellent English writing and comprehension.
• Previous experience with UK or US clients.
• Detail-oriented — zero tolerance for duplicate or off-target leads.
• Available during UK daytime hours (at least 3 overlapping hours).
