Lightroom Culling & Photo Editor (Weddings)

We are a high-volume wedding photography and videography studio based in Canada, capturing love stories across the country. We create timeless, emotional imagery with a natural and consistent look — and we’re looking for a reliable Lightroom Culling & Editing Assistant to join our growing post-production team.

We currently have 100+ editing jobs available, so we’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling through images.

CULLING — Weddings ($50 CAD Flat Rate)
* Each gallery includes 7,000–12,000 images.
* Keep every pose — preserve all key compositions and angles while choosing the best expressions and sharpest frames from each series.
* Watch carefully for:
* Out-of-focus shots (unless intentionally artistic)
* Eyes closed or duplicates (unless part of a storytelling sequence)
* Awkward transitions or unflattering moments
* Deliver a cohesive, emotional story that flows naturally from start to finish.

CULLING — Engagement Sessions ($25 CAD Flat Rate)
* Each session includes 1,000–3,000 images.
* Follow the same guideline: keep all poses and refine to the best takes and moments.

EDITING COLLABORATION — $15 CAD
* Send back the culled Lightroom catalogue (no smart previews).
* I’ll apply my preset and base edit.
* You’ll receive it again for final consistency checks only — this means:
* Adjust only small corrections for uniformity if something looks off (spots, alignment, etc.).
* Focus on natural skin tones, clean whites/blacks, and an overall cohesive, polished look.
*Most important thing is to keep tones consistent (ie WB, skin tones)

REQUIREMENTS
* Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom Classic (catalogue workflow required).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
* Dependable communication and timely delivery.
