Social Media Assistant

I’m looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage Instagram content and brand emails. You’ll assist with posting educational content about the nervous system, coordinating UGC (User-Generated Content) with brands, and keeping social media organised and active.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule Instagram posts (mainly about the nervous system, anxiety and mental health)

Manage inbox: respond to or organise brand collaboration and UGC emails

Coordinate and post UGC videos and content on Instagram or TikTok

Maintain a simple content calendar
