UK Property Reseach

Hello,

Straight away I would like to tell you that this job is only for 2/3 days a month on specific days and it must be completed overnight (UK time) so that it is ready for me at 9:00 am UK time. Therefore I see this as being work be 7:00 am and 4:00 pm Manilla time (9 hours per day).

If this doesn't work for you, then read no further.

The Job

I would like you to research past UK property transactions for the purposes of valuing property. This job isn't data entry or a mechanical task (although some elements are) and requires a good eye for detail, judgement and ability to think.

This job will involve searching historic UK property sales and selecting properties which are similar to a target property to value the target property.

The 2/3 days will typically be around the end of the month and must be completed on the day, they can't wait, and this cannot be fitted around other jobs. If the work isn't finished by 16:00 Manilla time then this won't be acceptable. Don't worry though I won't give you too much work and it will be possible to finish the task in the correct amount of time!!

PS All of the results are input into Excel and therefore some basic Excel manipulation to do however this is very simple, a YouTube video should help you learn.
