About the Role

We’re looking for a positive, proactive, and ambitious person to become our next Customer Support & Content Specialist.
You’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver behind two apps: SmartSize Basic and SmartSize Advanced (AI-based).
Your job: make merchants feel supported, informed, and happy and help us earn more 5-star reviews along the way!
You’ll work closely with the founders every day, shaping how we communicate, how we support our users, and how our apps grow. We’ll invest in your personal and professional growth so you can keep developing your skills, and truly feel part of the team.

What You’ll Do

- Be the go-to person for customer support via email and chat, quick, kind, and clear.
- Manage support for both SmartSize Basic and SmartSize Advanced.
- Review and refine our AI chatbot so answers stay accurate, helpful, and on-brand.
- Keep our Help Center and FAQ articles up to date and easy to follow.
- Help merchants with simple styling or embedding tasks using CSS and HTML.
- Create fun, helpful social media content, from tutorials to product updates.
- Share feedback from users to help us improve the product and documentation.
