We are a service company that provides guidance programs and digital courses for the divorced community. We are looking for a skilled Automation Strategist (Process Optimization & Efficiency) who can help optimize our business processes using tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about creating smart automation systems that boost efficiency and performance.

Must-Have
-Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n (or similar).
-Strong understanding of business process optimization and workflow automation.
-Ability to analyze existing systems and recommend better, automated solutions.
-Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
-Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.
-Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make, n8n, and Zapier.
-Collaborate with the team to implement automation solutions that support company goals.
-Maintain and optimize CRM processes (Airtable experience is a plus).
-Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation for improved efficiency.
-Ensure all automations run smoothly and are aligned with operational needs.

Plus to Have
-Experience with E-commerce platforms (basic content or product management).
-Knowledge of Airtable or other CRM systems.
-Background in marketing automation or business process consulting.
-Creative and innovative thinker who enjoys suggesting new workflow improvements.
