Rockstar Graphic Designer Needed For Growing E-Commerce Company

We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer for High-Growth E-Commerce Brand

We run a fast-scaling e-commerce/DTC brand and we’re looking to bring on a Graphic Designer to become a core part of our creative team.

If you’ve worked with other direct-to-consumer brands, have a solid design eye, and want to work on high-impact visuals across paid media, socials, and packaging — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Create eye-catching static ad creatives (e.g. Facebook & Google) with strong performance in mind — including retargeting creatives and AppLovin end cards.
2. Design engaging social media graphics, Instagram stories, and branded content.
3. Develop product packaging designs for new and existing product lines — keeping everything on-brand and elevated.
4. Help with miscellaneous graphic needs like email banners, product insert cards, and campaign visuals.
5. Be open to learning landing page design (Figma, Replo, Funnelish, etc.). Prior experience is a bonus — but a strong learning attitude is a must.

What We’re Looking For:
• You’ve worked with other DTC/e-commerce brands (this is non-negotiable — please include your portfolio)
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and essential design tools
• Great eye for layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines without being chased
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willing to grow into more responsibilities over time
