You will be working closely with the founder / fractional CFO and our 20-person team (including ~10 PH-based employees).

Working hours: available during EU business hours for meetings only, rest can work in preferred time.

Why this role exists
Own cashflow, forecasting, and financial operations so Sybotanica always knows its true cash position, future spend, and profitability, enabling confident, fast decisions. No micromanaging, you own the process.
What you will achieve, first 6 to 12 months
- Run monthly cashflow and P&L, accurate and decision ready
- Keep tight bank control, daily exports and labels, clear exceptions fast
- Maintain 12 month software and OPEX forecast, owners and renewals, within tolerance
- Maintain 26 week inventory cash out forecast, tied to POs and terms, within tolerance
- Verify month start cash, bank saldi vs Exact, update Cashflow Actuals, share note
- Prepare invoices in Exact, ensure AP emails hit the payment list, fix misses
- Own monthly influencer payouts, reconcile to contracts, prepare SEPA .xml for approval
- Keep receivables on track, monitor aging, reminders per SOP, prevent late payments



What you will do day to day
- Run month end close in Exact and our Google Sheets models, reconcile accounts, publish the pack
- Perform daily bank export and label checks, investigate and clear exceptions
- Update software, OPEX, and inventory forecast tabs in the existing sheets
- Prepare invoices in Exact, manage AP intake from the finance email, prepare SEPA .xml payment files
- Send a short weekly finance snapshot to the CEO from the automated report


What you bring
- Ownership, follow through, attention to detail, clear written communication
- Organization and planning, integrity, analytical problem solving
- eCommerce context, familiarity with Shopify or similar is a plus
- Experience with Google Sheets
- (Nice to have) experience with Exact Online bookkeeping software
