PowerPoint Presentation Designer for Professional Training Materials

The Reliability Academy delivers world-class online training and coaching to clients and students across the globe. To date, we have helped 100+ companies, and trained 1200+ industry professionals, across 50+ countries in all major industries. Founded in 2018, we are headquartered in Brisbane, Australia but work virtually with most of our team based in the Philippines.

The company is growing with a small team of full-time and part-time contractors working across the Asia-Pacific region, currently all reporting to the Operations Manager, also based in the Philippines whilst our Managing Director is based in Brisbane, Australia. We deliberately hire talent in different regions of the world to keep costs down, create diversity, and build a multi-lingual team.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented PowerPoint Presentation Designer to update the slides we use in our corporate training programs, delivered both online and in-person worldwide.
We work with some of the world’s largest B2B companies, so our presentations must strike the right balance between clean, professional, easy-to-digest formatting.

About the Project
This initial project involves updating the slide deck for our PM100 course: Designing & Implementing Preventive Maintenance Programs. You will be working from our existing presentation content, using our brand guidelines and PowerPoint template (all provided).
If we’re happy with the results and collaboration, there’s strong potential for ongoing work on additional courses and materials.

What You Will Do
• Redesign existing slides to improve layout, visual appeal, and readability.
• Apply our brand guidelines and make full use of Master Slides in PowerPoint.
• Source and incorporate relevant on-brand visuals, icons, and graphics.
• Ensure visual consistency and professionalism across all slides.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio of professional PowerPoint presentation design (especially for corporate or educational contexts).
• Ability to follow branding guidelines while applying a strong design sensibility.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and open to feedback and revisions.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.
