The Role
Help us run a world-class marketing machine that brings our campaigns to life with precision and flow.
You’ll manage systems, people, and timelines so every Challenge, Partner/JV, and Speaking-driven campaign launches clean, on time, and converts strong.
You’ll refine checklists, dashboards, and processes that keep results visible, measurable, and consistently excellent.

You’ll Be Responsible For
Coordinating multi-channel launches (ads, email, DM/SBC, social).
Managing a Master Marketing Calendar and project dashboards in ---------- .
Leading a pod (VAs, designer, admin) and managing vendors (copywriter, ad agency).
Running QA checks for links, payments, and tracking.
Providing daily and weekly performance reports.
