Understand each product’s function and target audience, then translate that into visuals that connect emotionally

Create ads that make people curious, emotionally triggered, or motivated to click

Make every ad look different — no repetition, no templates

Research competitors for inspiration and create fresh, branded designs similar to these examples:

Compensation

€5 per hour

Plus up to €30 bonus for each winning ad that performs well (based on engagement and sales results)

Requirements

Strong experience with Canva (composition, color, layout, and typography)

Ability to write short and impactful ad copy

Understanding of marketing psychology and how to engage customers visually

Experience with dropshipping or e-commerce products

Fluent in English
