Support the MD with quarterly and annual budget reviews.
5. Payments & Admin
Assist with Wise payments to the Philippines team each month.
Prepare and maintain financial notes or schedules as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally (both written and spoken English).
Can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and care.
Love bringing structure, clarity, and calm to financial tasks.
Have strong personal integrity - you’re not afraid to say “no” or to enforce boundaries when needed.
Are comfortable working remotely and proactively updating progress.
Important Note
This role involves active credit control - you’ll be following up on overdue invoices and speaking directly with clients to resolve payment issues. If you’re someone who can stay calm, confident, and firm under pressure, you’ll thrive here.
Your First Test Starts Now – Here’s How to Apply
We’re not looking for a cookie-cutter, AI-only application. If your entire cover letter sounds like ChatGPT wrote it for you, you won’t make it through the first filter.
Instead, please apply with the following 3 things:
1. A link to a financial report, credit control tracker, or spreadsheet you’ve built that you’re proud of (please remove or anonymize any sensitive data).
2. A short Loom video (2 minutes max) explaining what makes you an exceptional Finance and Credit Controller.
3. Answer this: “Tell us about a time you had to chase late payments or manage outstanding invoices - how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?”
If you use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or AI tools (like ChatGPT) intelligently to save time, automate reports, or improve accuracy - that’s a big plus. Tell us how you do it!
So, tell us why you’d make a truly exceptional Finance and Credit Controller, and let’s see if we’re a great fit.
