Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and summarize findings into clear, concise briefs for client projects and internal strategy.
Turn rough notes and outlines into polished slide decks, reports, and client-facing documentation.
Maintain and update KPI dashboards and trackers in tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, or Pipedrive.
Draft, organize, and maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing operations.
Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks to ensure priorities remain on track.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to streamline project operations and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in project operations, business analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (Google Suite, Notion, Pipedrive, or similar).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional documentation and presentations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Structured thinker — able to take messy inputs and create clean, logical outputs.
Strong written English — can write concise, professional briefs and documentation.
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance tracking.
Design fluency — basic ability to create polished slide decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Proactive communicator — asks clarifying questions, flags blockers, and works independently.
Time-zone alignment — ideally based in Latin America for better overlap with EST hours.
Tools savvy — familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Pipedrive (or similar CRMs), and basic dashboards.
