Role Overview
We are looking for a Notion expert — not an amateur, but a five-star professional — to help us transform our current Notion workspace into a world-class system.
Our workspace currently includes multiple pages, teamspaces, calendars, and databases that need restructuring, clean-up, and optimization for clarity, usability, and collaboration. You will audit the current setup, propose improvements, and rebuild it into a visually clean, intuitive, and scalable environment that enhances team productivity and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
Audit and analyze the existing Notion workspace, teamspaces, and database structures.
Create a streamlined and organized Notion system with clear hierarchy, consistent naming, and logical page architecture.
Build visually clean and easy-to-navigate dashboards for different teams (Operations, Marketing, Creative, Logistics, etc.).
Implement advanced Notion features such as database relations, rollups, linked views, templates, and automations.
Redesign calendars, task boards, and project trackers for clarity and efficiency.
Establish naming conventions, iconography, and visual consistency across all spaces.
Document best practices and provide training or handoff notes for internal users.
Suggest ways to integrate Notion with other tools (Slack, Google Drive, etc.) if beneficial.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Notion Consultant, Workspace Architect, or Systems Designer.
Demonstrated success creating and managing advanced Notion setups for companies or teams (please provide portfolio or examples).
Deep understanding of Notion databases, relations, automations, and advanced views.
Strong eye for design, structure, and user experience — you make Notion look and feel world-class.
Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain systems clearly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with eCommerce or creative teams.
Familiarity with workspace design principles (UI/UX mindset).
Comfortable working in U.S. time zone overlap for a few hours daily.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone who “knows Notion.”
We’re looking for someone who builds beautiful, functional, scalable systems — the kind of workspace that makes people say, “Wow, this is incredible.”
If you’re that person — a true Notion power user with an eye for structure and aesthetics — we’d love to work with you.
