Full-Time Creative Designer for Australian Marketing Agency (Trade Industry)

About Us:

Lead Summit is a fast growing marketing agencies for trade businesses — HVAC installers, solar companies, electricians, plumbers, and more. We help them book more installs, build premium brands, and grow nationwide using creative campaigns and powerful visuals.

We’re now looking for a Creative Designer who’s passionate about visual storytelling, can take direction quickly, and loves bringing ideas to life through scroll-stopping creatives.

Your Day-to-Day:

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to design high-quality ad creatives and social content for our trade clients.
Each day, you’ll be responsible for:

* Creating ad creatives (image or video format) for our clients.
* Doing a runthrough of accounts to see what creative is needed
* Updating brand assets and ad variations inside Canva
* Assisting with creative ideas and visual concepts for campaigns.
* Following clear brand guidelines and feedback from our media team.
* Uploading and organizing final files in Asana.

???? What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience in Canva (Photoshop or Illustrator a plus)
* Creative eye for design, composition, and ad layout
* Basic understanding of marketing and social media trends
* Comfortable working with fast deadlines and clear KPIs
*Good English communication and ability to follow feedback
* Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

* Experience in digital marketing
*Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects)
*Understanding of trade industries (HVAC, solar, plumbing, etc.)
