YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide a real time support to clients via online chat, addressing their inquiries, help them resolve issues, and give them guidance on what next step to make.
• Keep a friendly and empathetic tone while being professional to give the clients a good and outstanding customer service experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth service, provide quality work, and to effectively resolve issues that may potentially arise.
• Document interactions with precision and coordinate with the appropriate team for complex concerns and unresolve issues.
What We Are Looking For:
• Excellent Communication Skills: To have clear and articulated responses, be able to express ideas and advice to promote understanding and positive outcomes.
• Adaptability: Capable to address the needs, concerns, and inquiries of different clients and able to adjust to different environment and scenarios that different clients present.
• Problem – Solving Skills: Capable to handle and address different challenges with minimal supervision.
• Professional and Cooperative Demeanor: To ensure in maintaining professionalism and conduct themselves with respect and courtesy while keeping a goal and team- oriented attitude at work.
• Tech – Savvy: Capable of navigating chat platforms and a typing speed of 60-80WPM is required.
