Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting our video editing and web content operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, skilled in video editing (basic to mid knowledge), HTML & CSS, CMS (Wordpress), and comfortable working with internal stakeholders across Australia and international teams.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
Edit and optimise daily client videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (trimming, subtitles, exporting).
Upload videos for publication across YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.

Website Content Management
Upload and update website content using our proprietary CMS and standard web publishing practices. Knowledge of HTML is highly regarded and CSS is a plus.

Administration & CRM Support
Assist with internal administrative tasks, including data entry and Updates in SugarCRM.
Support cross-team communication and reporting as needed.

Nice to have:
Digital Marketing Support
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (paid promotions) to maximise reach and engagement.

Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design marketing materials, web banners, and promotional content using Adobe Photoshop or Figma.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
1+ years of experience in video editing, or website content management.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and basic marketing analytics is a bonus.

Technical Skills:
Knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma (knowledge of other Adobe tools like Illustrator or After Effects is a plus).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and CRM systems (SugarCRM experience an advantage).

Soft Skills:
Strong attension to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

13 month salary
Schedule: Align with Australian business hours (some flexibility possible).
