Full-Time Image Ads Editor for Facebook Ecommerce Brand

We’re looking for a creative and fast-working image ads editor to join our eCommerce marketing team full-time.
You’ll be responsible for designing high-converting Facebook ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive clicks.

Requirements:
• ? Experience creating image ads for Facebook/Meta (Ecommerce experience preferred)
• ? Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and product angles
• ? Able to design fast without compromising quality
• ? Skilled with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• ? Familiar with color psychology, composition, and visual hierarchy
• ? Reliable, detail-oriented, and available full-time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
• Design 3–6 image ads daily for testing and scaling
• Implement feedback quickly and produce variations of top-performing creatives
• Source high-quality product and lifestyle images when needed
• Understand the product’s key benefits and translate them visually
• Collaborate with the media buying team to match visuals with winning ad copy

Bonus Points:
• Experience with UGC-style or native ad formats
• Knowledge of photo retouching and skin tone correction (beauty/health niche)
