Book Launch Manager/Marketer

I have a book coming out. This is a book about ADHD and Executive Function for Kids and Teens. The general audience is parents, schools, and professional. I am looking to hire somewhere to be a Book Launch Manager for me to help me market the book, set up a book tour, get media appearances, podcast interviews, etc.
