???? About the Role

We’re hiring a skilled Insurance & Billing Specialist experienced in US medical billing, prior authorizations, credentialing, and revenue cycle management (RCM) — ideally with exposure to psychiatry, Spravato, and TMS.
You’ll be responsible for insurance verification, daily billing, prior authorizations, good faith estimates, credentialing, contract reviews and renegotiating, payer communication, and client support.

???? Main Responsibilities

? Insurance Verification & Benefit Checks – Confirm coverage, eligibility, and out-of-pocket costs for psychiatric and interventional mental health services (Spravato, TMS, Ketamine).
? Billing & RCM – Submit claims, post payments, manage denials, and follow up on AR.
? Prior Authorizations / Single Case Agreements – Handle PA requests, follow-ups, and payer communication.
? Credentialing / CAQH Management – Maintain provider profiles, assist with payer enrollment, and re-attestations.
? Contracting / Rate Negotiation – Help with insurance contract updates and renegotiations.
? EHR & CRM Management – Document accurately in EHR (Athena one/ Osmind) and use GoHighLevel for client communication.
? Client Contact – Communicate directly with clients (via phone, text, or email, via gohighlevel) to clarify coverage, copays, and benefits.

???? Bonus Knowledge

Familiar with CPT codes 90867, 90868, 90869 (TMS) and Spravato billing workflows, including buy and bill

Experience with Athena 1, osmind, gohighlevel

Knowledge of psychiatric medications and behavioral health insurance terminology

???? Qualifications

2+ years experience in US healthcare billing or insurance verification

Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

Proficient in EHR systems, google suite, GoHighLevel, and CRMs

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Strong understanding of EOBs, CPT/ICD-10 codes, denials management

Stable internet and reliable power setup
