Assistant Video Editor/ Content Researcher

Street Justice TV is a fast-growing media brand specializing in real-life law enforcement encounters — from bodycam and dashcam footage to viral street clips and high-speed chases. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and consistent assistant editor to help us source, clip, and format short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:
• Research and source bodycam, dashcam, and CCTV footage from public domains, verified agencies, and FOIA/public records channels.
• Cut, format, and caption short clips (30–60 seconds) using a clean, viral-ready layout.
• Add titles/banners and emojis that capture attention but stay algorithm-safe.
• Maintain a consistent upload pipeline — minimum 3–5 videos per week.
• Communicate with lead editor for revisions, pacing, and visual tone.

Requirements:
• Basic to intermediate experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN Editor.
• Fluent in English (for reading captions and editing context).
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and what makes a clip go viral.
• Reliable and organized — able to meet deadlines and respond quickly.
• Prior experience editing bodycam, news, or viral content is a huge plus.
