About Us

Apex AI Assist is a UK-based digital agency that builds AI-powered websites, chatbots, and automation systems for local service businesses such as plumbers, garages, dentists, and chiropractors.

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications VA who can help us manage messages, post our demo videos, and engage with potential clients on social media.

Key Responsibilities

? Check and organize daily messages from:


Facebook (inbox + groups)

OnlineJobs.ph

Gmail (applications & client leads)


? Record and organize all applicants and inquiries into ClickUp or Google Sheets

? Post and share demo videos in Facebook groups (Plumbers, Garage Owners, Chiropractors, etc.)

Use engaging captions and follow group rules

Monitor comments and message interested people


? Help schedule and upload content to social channels (Facebook Page, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)

? Support with simple admin tasks — tracking trials, sending updates, and sharing reminders with the team

Requirements

???? Excellent written English
???? Confident using Facebook Groups & Pages
???? Organized and proactive communication style
???? Familiar with Google Drive, Sheets, and ClickUp (or willing to learn)
???? Reliable internet and able to work PH evenings (4pm–12am PH time preferred)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

? Experience in social media management or community engagement
? Basic design or video knowledge (Canva, CapCut)
? Familiar with AI tools or GoHighLevel (training provided)

Compensation & Growth

???? ?30,000–?40,000/month (depending on skill & experience)
???? Paid training and growth into full Marketing Coordinator or Social Media Manager role
