About the Role

We’re looking for two highly engaged, detail-oriented **Twitter Assistants** to help manage and grow a founder’s presence in the **tech, product, and startup space**. This isn’t about farming engagement or posting AI threads — it’s about **building real relationships** and **maintaining a natural voice** that fits into tech Twitter: the world of builders, engineers, founders, and product people.

Your job is to help the founder sound like they’re “just always around” — in the right conversations, with thoughtful replies, and content that feels spontaneous but strategic.

---

### **Responsibilities**

* **Daily engagement:**

* Reply to relevant tweets from founders, builders, engineers, and SaaS/product accounts.
* Surface interesting discussions to the founder to join or quote-tweet.
* Maintain authentic, non-cringe tone — witty, grounded, and conversational.

* **Content scheduling:**

* Draft tweet ideas from the founder’s existing thoughts, messages, or voice notes.
* Build a queue of tweet drafts, polls, or quick takes for review and scheduling.
* Keep tone consistent: confident, tech-savvy, slightly understated.

* **Research & trend spotting:**

* Stay current with conversations in tech, startup, and product communities.
* Identify “entry points” (reply opportunities or rising discussions) relevant to our space.

* **Analytics & refinement:**

* Track engagement metrics to see what types of posts perform best.
* Suggest adjustments to cadence, topics, and formats.

* **Voice maintenance:**

* Deeply learn the founder’s tone: thoughtful, sharp, tech-minded.
* Avoid clichés, over-optimization, and “growth bro” language.

---

### **Ideal Candidate**

* Familiar with **tech/startup Twitter culture** (you know who people like Guillermo Rauch, Naval, or Ryan Hoover are).
* Strong copywriting instincts — you know how to write a reply that adds value without trying too hard.
* Understands the **psychology of online conversation**: when to jump in, when to stay silent.
* Curious, analytical, and autonomous.
* Bonus: Experience with **SaaS, developer tools, or product management** content.

---

### **Tools You’ll Use**

* Notion (content calendar & notes)
* Typefully / TweetDeck / TweetHunter (scheduling)
* Slack or ---------- (for coordination)
* Google Sheets (basic performance tracking)

---

### **What Success Looks Like**

* The founder’s account starts getting **organic engagement** from top tech voices.
* Replies feel genuinely human and insightful.
* The feed feels like a **builder talking to other builders**, not a marketing team running a campaign.
* Steady growth in high-quality followers (founders, engineers, PMs).
