Customer Service Representative

U.S.-based advertising company that helps businesses get their brand seen on digital billboards nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.


The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with billboard campaign setup, and ensure a smooth experience for our clients from start to finish.



Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through email, text, and chat
Collect and verify client information (business name, city, zip code, photos, logos, etc.)
Coordinate with publishers for artwork approval and campaign scheduling
Provide updates, reports, and professional support throughout each client’s campaign
Maintain organized data using Google Sheets or similar tools
Ensure a smooth experience for our clients from start to finish.
