Architect - Construction Detailing

Looking for a mid to senior architect with min 5 years of experience working in US construction. This is NOT an Entry Level position.
Must have proficiency in CONSTRUCTION DETAILING, multifamily, steel or concrete+metal deck experience a plus.
Hours are US EST timezone 8am-5pm. Part ---------- time consideration.

Rending quality will not be judged - only construction documentation capacity.

This is a gig through early December. Permanent position will be offered based on performance.
Video Interview required.
Must be able to work independently. Mentorship opportunities will be available but limited. Must have: good attitude, team player, self-motivated, problem solver, and sense of humor.

Collaboration Process:

Daily zoom call to discuss progress. Redlines issued through Bluebeam sessions, virtual discussions, etc.
