JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone to fill in the role of Order Fulfillment Assistant who can start ASAP. 

The work will revolve around managing orders for an Australia-based cosmetics company on a WooCommerce site.


Job responsibilities 
1. Upload orders manually from WooCommerce to the 3PL. The process includes exporting the CSV data from our website daily, followed by filtering specific data and then uploading the correctly formatted file to the warehouse. 
2. Assist the customer support team in tracking orders. 
3. Assist the customer support team in re-sending lost orders 
4. Ensure no orders are on hold by informing the customer support what needs to be fixed for the order and re-process the orders. 
5. Ensure there are no backorders. 
6. Respond to payment disputes on Stripe 

Required Skills:

Other requirements: 
• Schedule availability Monday to Friday at 8am-12pm Ph 
• Great attitude and enthusiasm towards work 
• Strong initiative to take action 
• Willing to provide and receive feedback
