Hours:

Saturday & Sunday (Part-Time)

Around 3-5 hours per day

May increase to weekday work as we grow

Pay: $3 USD per hour (paid weekly via Wise or PayPal)

???? About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us post videos on TikTok Shop.

You’ll work inside our secure Windows Virtual Machine (VM) — uploading pre-edited videos to TikTok Studio, following our posting SOP, and organizing content through Google Drive.

If you’re maasikaso, organized, and want consistent weekend work (with the chance to grow into a full-time role), this could be for you!

???? Main Tasks

Log in to our remote Windows computer (VM) and follow our SOP

Use Surfshark VPN (Chrome extension) to post from assigned account locations

Download content from Google Drive and upload videos to TikTok Studio

Schedule videos in batches — 5 videos per hour, spaced 5 minutes apart (never at the same time)

Double-check captions, hashtags, and benefit texts before scheduling

Remove and organize folders after all posts are live

Track time using Clockify and update task status in Asana

ChatGPT (for captions – access provided)

? You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a reliable laptop/PC

Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Can work independently and follow directions exactly

Are comfortable using Google Drive and Chrome

Have experience with TikTok or social-media posting (a plus but not required)

Can commit to weekend hours consistently

Sunday: 4–6 hours

Flexible within PH daytime hours (must align with PST deadlines)
