VA Patient Advocate & Scheduler

Position Summary
The Patient Advocate & Scheduler serves as the primary liaison between MHN, our patients, and referring providers. This role ensures that patient scheduling is accurate and timely, follow-up communications are conducted with empathy, and patients receive the highest level of service before, during, and after care. The ideal candidate will combine organizational skills with compassion, acting as both a scheduler and patient advocate to support patient satisfaction and continuity of care.
